What started as a beautiful open plot of land has changed into a beautiful luxury destination for us to share with you. Opening our doors in April 2025, we aim to be a premier Venue and Winery destination in central Texas. Our sister company, LUX Vacations specializes in premium short term/vacation rental lodging. CC Farms is a remarkable luxury estate for any event occasion (specializing in weddings) as well as a fully operating and producing winery along with multiple lodging options for any taste. DR Couch
Catering, Facilities and Back of House Director
DR started his career working as a space planner for American Airlines headquarters and building out gate and terminal spaces at DFW airport eventually moving into a facilities management role with them.
Ending a long-time career in facilities maintenance he moved to a vice president role in a mortgage division with Bank of America eventually moving into real estate in 2011 and has had a long a successful “second” career in this space ever since. He’s active in the short-term rental industry and hosts many properties as vacation homes with all wonderful reviews. A true wine lover and food lover he makes a great fit as a partner in the CC Farms Winery family. He has a zest for gardening, cooking chef quality meals and of course wine in all aspects. Fort Worth Texas has been his home all his life until moving to
Breckenridge to put new roots down and take in some respite from the hustle and bustle of the big city life. His catering background makes him a great fit for running the commercial kitchen, designing menus, outdoor experiences and managing the grape production on the grounds.
Andrew Chevalier
Event and Wine Experience Director
Andrew is an accomplished pilot and currently a Sr. Vice President in the airline sector managing fleet, ground handling, cabin appearance and all other above and below wing crews that keep planes on the move for a myriad of large commercial airlines both abroad and stateside. He’s passionate about aviation and successfully obtained his pilot license learning to fly from air strips and airports in New England. He can land a plane on a GRASS LANDING STRIP! He has a passion for raising his mini herd which includes Dolly and Loretta, both mini horses and Tippy, a mini highland cow. Being out on his
tractor on the land is where he always wants to be. Originally hailing from upstate New York and garnering his formal education in New England he has made Breckenridge his home and loves every bit of living in a smaller community where everyone waves and is just so darn nice. He has a penchant for hospitality and has a great eye when considering things to offer to our patrons and making their experience at CC Farms and memorable one. He is a great fit as the front of house director for events and wine experience.
Rachael Parker
Director of Hospitality, Wellness and Relaxation Services
Rachael is a vice principal for a highly acclaimed school system in the DFW metroplex and has many accolades to her name, achieving a master’s degree in education and many other delegations in higher education. She’s been a top performer consistently and voted class favorite by the students she has taught in various subjects as well as giving her heart to her special education students. She is also a licensed massage therapist and enjoyed a long career in this sector working at some of the most premier spas in the Fort Worth area. She has a passion for yoga, her beautiful pups, Winchester and Hooper,
massage, bridal consulting and of course making a brighter future for the children who come through her school district. She is the perfect fit as our director of hospitality here at CC Farms.
